Inconsistent cleanliness in rooms!!! Noise disturbances from nearby areas!!! The outdated décor needs an upgrade. The fitness equipment was out of order during my stay!!!

Despite the pleasant staff, I felt unsafe when my car was broken into without a police report being filed. The alarms disturbed our sleep on the second night.

i enjoyed my stay at quality. the breakfasts were plentiful, and the staff was super engaging and helpful, especially robin at the front desk. the room was clean, cozy, and perfect for a solo traveler. plus, there's a great outdoor pool and fitness center nearby. it’s also close to multiple eateries, making dining easy!

The spacious room had all the comforts a gal could need, including a fridge and microwave. The décor was charmingly nostalgic, reminding me of my favorite tea party spots. A lovely experience for visiting my family.

Access to the business center was disappointing due to issues with the secure internet connection, leaving it nearly useless at times. The overall upkeep of furniture showed significant wear, with patched but unpainted walls and a hairdryer dangerously hanging off the wall. It’s also got a peculiar vibe with an abandoned feel around the pool area, cluttered with debris.
